Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. Shipping costs are 20 CHF for orders up to 300 CHF, after which shipping is free.

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging upon delivery and report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to the company, within one week.

Upon request, the customer may obtain an invoice with a billing address different from the delivery address by selecting the appropriate option during the order process.

Regarding shipping, we work with La Poste for shipments of up to 6 bottles and Vino Transport for shipments of 7 bottles or more. As soon as we dispatch an order, you will immediately receive an informational email.

Vino Transport

To ensure optimum service quality and delivery conditions for our wines, we have chosen to work exclusively with this small private carrier. They deliver all orders directly, without intermediaries, using refrigerated trucks maintained at 12-14°C to minimize temperature fluctuations and preserve the integrity of our wines. They will call you before each delivery to confirm feasibility and can arrange with you to leave the boxes in a secure location.

Vino Transport collects from the estate every Monday morning. Deliveries are made within the week for most of French-speaking Switzerland. Due to high volume or routing constraints, your order may be delivered the following week, but we will inform you accordingly.

Delivery issues caused by the carrier

Any anomaly regarding the delivery (damage, missing items compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be reported to us by email within two (2) working days following the delivery date. The customer may also send us a copy by mail to the following address:

Delivery errors

  • The customer must submit any claim regarding a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products (in nature or quality) compared to the indications on the order form to Ô Fâya Farm on the day of delivery or at the latest within 7 working days following delivery. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.
  • This claim to Ô Fâya Farm can be made via our contact form on this website or by phone, specifying the order number.
  • Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the allotted timeframes will not be considered and will release Ô Fâya Farm from any liability towards the customer.
  • Upon receipt of the claim, Ô Fâya Farm will assign an exchange number for the concerned product(s) and communicate it to the customer by email or phone.
  • In the event of a delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to Ô Fâya Farm via our carrier Vino Transport, whom we will mandate to handle the exchange within 15 days.

To be accepted, any return must be reported to Ô Fâya Farm in advance. Shipping costs are borne by Ô Fâya Farm<
